Simply visit our Sign Up page to create an account. You’ll complete a brief questionnaire to help us match you with a licensed therapist in your community. Once matched, you can schedule your first session and begin your therapy journey.
ELSOAR offers individual counselling for adults, child and adolescent psychology services, and functional medicine care. Our licensed and registered professionals support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and family challenges, trauma, life transitions, child behavioural or developmental needs, and overall mind–body health.
You can explore practitioner profiles to find a professional whose approach and expertise best align with your needs.
Live sessions can take place through video, phone, or live chat, depending on what you prefer and your therapist’s availability. After each session, your therapist will send you one check-in message to support your progress and keep you connected between appointments.
ELSOAR offers competitive rates, with session prices starting from $150 per session through the monthly subscription package. Clients can also book additional sessions at any time as optional add-ons. We strive to keep therapy affordable, flexible, and accessible for everyone.
Currently, ELSOAR does not accept insurance.
Absolutely. If you feel your therapist isn’t the right fit, you can request a change at any time. We’re committed to helping you find the best match for your therapeutic needs.
Yes. ELSOAR uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and health information. Your privacy and confidentiality are our top priorities.
We welcome licensed mental health professionals from around the world, including:
Psychologists (PhD, PsyD, or international equivalent)
Licensed Clinical Social Workers or equivalent registered social work professionals
- Certified Functional Medicine Practitioners
Licensed Professional Counsellors / Psychotherapists (or equivalent regional titles)
Marriage & Family Therapists (or international equivalents)
Registered Clinical Counsellors
Other licensed mental health professionals who hold an active, in-good-standing license in their respective country or region
A valid license to provide clinical therapy issued by the appropriate regulatory body in your country (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, RCC, CRPO, or international equivalent)
Professional identifier:
If applicable in your country, a national or regional registration/licensing number
3+ years of experience providing therapy to adults, couples, and/or teens
A desktop or laptop computer with a reliable internet connection and webcam
Ability to offer secure, ethical, and confidential virtual care within your region
Note: If you are an intern or require supervision to provide therapy services, you cannot be a provider on ELSOAR at this time. All therapists are independent providers, not ELSOAR employees.

Therapists earn between $100 and $200 per 60-minute session. Payments are processed securely and promptly every two weeks via bank transfer.
Yes, ELSOAR connects you with a therapist in your location. We match you with professionals in your community to ensure convenient and effective therapy.
